Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, you can return most products for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase please contact us to discuss any return options available to you.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. If the product has been opened and or used and is no longer able to be sold as new a restock fee may be applied and deducted from any refund.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply on any return (including new and unopened items).
All food-related products are not eligible for return due to safety regulations. If there was an error on your order, we will fix or replace the item with the correct one.
Optics that have been attempted to mount, or mounted, are not eligible for return.
If the product you ordered comes with, and is under the manufacturer warranty, you must contact the manufacturer for assistance in fixing or replacing the item if there is an issue with it. We are happy to help in this process if we are able to.
Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Please contact us for return address. If the item is defective we will pay for return shipping. If the item was purchased in error, buyer is responsible for any return freight costs and any freight fees paid are non-refundable.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
Inergy Solar Returns/Repairs
Inergy Solar offers a one year manufacture warranty on their products. If you are located in the lower 48 United States there is no cost for shipping the Kodiak Solar Generator to them for repair and back to you. If located in Puerto Rico there is a $150 shipping charge required in order to ship the Kodiak back to Inergy Solar and then back to you after repair.
Canadian customers, due to recent changes regarding lithium ion hazmat shipments we are unable to have any Kodiak units shipped back to the US for repair. We are able to ship brand new units into Canada but the customer must assume all liability and risk, understanding that any returns, refunds or repairs aren’t possible. Please contact us for further information if required.
