Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund based on the criteria below. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since delivery, please contact us to discuss any return options available to you.

Refund Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective. The product manufacturer must determine the product is defective prior to any refund or replacement.
  • Product must be unopened. This can be waived if product is opened and then found to be defective or damaged.
  • Product must be in original packaging and include any materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged by customer

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.  If the product has been opened and or used and is no longer able to be sold as new a restock fee may be applied and deducted from any refund.

Shipping Damage Or Manufacturer Defects

Any damages incurred through shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before accepting or signing for the delivery.  If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact Armory Survival as soon as possible.  We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.  If a product is received with manufacturer defects please contact Armory Survival as soon as possible so we can contact the manufacturer to resolve.


Food Items

Due to the nature of food related products, we are not able to return any freeze dried food or other food related products.  If you received the wrong food item please contact us right away before opening and we will exchange for the correct one.

Optics/Iron Sights/Scopes Mounts/Rings are not returnable if installation has been attempted.

Shipping Items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Please contact us for return address.  If the item is defective we will pay for return shipping.  If the item was purchased in error (wrong color, wrong size, etc), buyer is responsible for any return freight costs and any freight fees paid are non-refundable.  If your order was originally shipped to you with free freight, that freight cost will be deducted from the refund as well. All clothing, apparel, outerwear and vests are subject to a restocking fee up to 15% if the item is returned due to incorrect size/color being ordered.  This restock fee will be waived if the item is being swapped out for a different size.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.  A reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment must be used.  Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. If the product is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.

Inergy Solar Returns/Repairs

Inergy Solar offers a one year manufacture warranty on their products.  If you are located in the lower 48 United States there is no cost for shipping the Kodiak Solar Generator or Apex to them for repair and back to you.  If located in Puerto Rico there is a $150 shipping charge required in order to ship the Kodiak or Apex back to Inergy Solar and then back to you after repair.

Canadian customers, due to recent changes regarding lithium ion hazmat shipments we are unable to have any Kodiak or Apex units shipped back to the US for repair.  We are able to ship brand new units into Canada but the customer must assume all liability and risk, understanding that any returns, refunds or repairs aren’t possible.  Please contact us for further information if required.
